This is a really good sized double room in a two story flat between Camberwell and Brixton. We have a shared living room/kitchen and the flat is fully furnished

The best thing about the flat is the location. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Camberwell and a 15 minute walk to Brixton were there are lots of bars/clubs/restaurants, brixton market and the famous Brixton Academy.

I'm moving out at the start of May and need someone to do a tenancy swap with and replace me for the rest of the lease (until September).
You'll be moving in with 3 girls (Rosie, Meghan & Emily) and one guy (Connor) who are are all in their final year at Southbank University. They are all really great, laid back people. They love to sit down and chat at the end of the day and go out and have fun at the weekend.
