1 double room available in a 2 bed flat located 5 minutes from Loughborough Junction for great links into the city or a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Brixton. The double room is a good size and comes furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat has a kitchen/living room again fully furnished with sofas, tv and a decent amount of storage space. It has a gas cooker and electric oven, shared fridge and a small juliet balcony and shared garden.
My flatmate is leaving as he has been offered a job abroad so looking for someone to take his place. Im interested in sports, socialising, films, cooking, travelling etc. and am trying to find someone who is interested in similar things, fairly easy going and enjoys a laugh - Anchorman fans are an added bonus……
Bills are not included but are coming in at around £40-50 per person per month.
