Double bedroom in modern apartment w. amazing view

Double bedroom in an amazing spacious and modern apartment. The property is set on the top floor of a popular block and comprises a bright/spacious open plan kitchen living room and a modern bathroom.

Transport amenities are awesome, as there are buses to virtually any part of south and central London at less than 5 minutes' walking distance. Elephant & Castle is also within walking distance, with access to the Bakerloo line, Northern line, as well as the Overground. There are also several grocery stores very close by, as well as a ton of good takeout options.

Regarding what I want from a room mate, I won't be using this space to list any demands, as I'm sure we can work everything out when you move in. All I can say is that I'm a clean person, who likes to keep my house (reasonably) tidy, so I expect my roommates to be the same, at least as far as shared spaces are concerned. What you do doesn't really matter to me as long as it doesn't affect me directly. I would like to live with someone who's fairly easy to talk to, and who might contribute with something interesting to my life, but the most important thing for me is that my room mate has a job that allows him/her to pay the rent on time, and that he/she is a respectful individual who won't take advantage of my friendly character. If you can provide me with those two things, I'm sure we'll be fine.

I myself am a Swedish lawyer, who has travelled/travels a lot, and who likes to see/experience new things (and apparently has a penchant for using the forward slash).
