Beautiful friendly house (bills included)

Welcome everyone,

We have one double furnished room available(see pictures and video link) in our large 4 bedroom relaxed terraced house. The room is £650, is very large, and faces the street. There is a large living and dining room, big kitchen and a medium sized garden which is beautiful in the summer. All Bills are included along with broadband. You'll be sharing the 1st floor bathroom with two others. The shower water pressure is strong.

What we're looking for - a female house mate who likes to have a chat and is willing to get to know us, who wants to maintain a clean and tidy shared living space and is considerate of noise in the evenings and at weekends. We want sociable friendly person to move in, not someone who hides away in their room. We're looking for someone aged 28-39, there's no movement on this. There's also no movement on the advertised rent price or deposits.

The make up of the house. There are four of us who you'll be moving in with. My girlfriend (34) and I (33) live at the top of the house. There are two others(aged 34) both male who live on the first and second floor. We're friendly and like to have a chat and a laugh and we occasionally have dinner together, or go out for a drink. We also like our own space so won't be hanging out every evening. Much of the socialising tends to occur in the kitchen. This is my parents house and I have an interest in how the house is maintained i. e that it's clean and that we keep track of anything that gets broken.

There's a requirement for you to pay into a cleaner who comes every fortnight at a cost of £13. 50 per month. All other bills are included in the monthly rent.

Travel - there are two East London line Overground stations, Peckham and Denmark hill, these are a 10-15min walk from the house. Nearest tube is Oval which is a 15min bus ride away. There are lots of buses from the bottom of the road which go into Central London, Clapham, Kensington, Waterloo etc.

Area: Camberwell is a really lively and fun area with lots of great restaurants and pubs, as well as nice green outdoor spaces. It has all the usual shops and supermarkets close in Camberwell Green (Morrisons, The Co-operative + more). There is also a TFC supermarket for those who like more variety and better quality of their fruit and veg.
