Unique double room in beautiful Camberwell flat

This is a large room with unique architectural features, huge windows leading to a cloistered secret garden in a beautiful flat in Camberwell. The place is perfectly situated on one of the most elegant and well-preserved Georgian streets in the area. It feels nicely tucked away, yet is a stone's throw from great pubs, lots of fab eateries (including one of London's best tapas places!), a stunning swimming pool with vaulted ceiling, leisure centre, yoga venue and tennis courts. The station is a 5 minute walk, and there are lots of buses serving the area.

I'm looking for a considerate, quiet, tidy, easy going and kind professional to replace me as work is taking me elsewhere. You'll be sharing with a lovely, friendly filmmaker who works for the BFI on South Bank. He has a very sweet cat.

The flat has gorgeous oak floors, a good sized living room, and lots of storage space. The room has its own separate built-in wardrobe area just outside the room itself - a real treat! I know everyone says this, but the photos really don't do it justice (especially the not so great ones I took on my phone - apologies for those!). The room is currently unfurnished, but if you do need a bed, wardrobe etc, the landlord is very accommodating and willing to provide the bits you need if necessary. Bills and rent are split equally, there will be an agency fee on top of the deposit.
