Spacious flat available for a SHORT term let

Hi there,

Still looking for a trust worthy tenant to rent my unfurnished flat until it sells.

It is well heated and secure. The flat is on the market so I am looking for someone who is willing to rent the place for a minimum of 2 months and max of 4 (maybe 5). The only catch is that you must be willing to allow my estate agent to carry out viewings.

It is a very spacious and is in a fantastic location (near to denmark hill station and plenty of buses).

I know it is a strange request but I am looking for someone who is flexible so if this sounds like you, please get in touch with any questions you may have.
