Double in Camberwell/Brixton £600 pcm 1st Nov

Olivia and I are two female friends from uni living in Camberwell/Brixton. Our friend Abbi is moving due to a new job in Bath so we are looking to replace her with someone who will be a flatmate/friend - not just someone that needs a room. We both work full time 9-5 in central (digital marketing & fashion industry).

We tend to chill most evening during the week if we don't have plans but like to go at weekends for drinks etc. We are both pretty chilled and easy to get a long with - I know most people probably would say this but we don't really do drama. We like to keep the house clean and clear up after ourselves but are not OCD or anything.

The room is a large double with nice wooden laminate flooring and full length window and blinds. We have a huge open plan living room with a dinning area, two toilets and a garden. We also have residential off road parking, you just need to get a permit.

£665 includes all bills, however council Tax is £109 pm split between 3 people and internet around £10 each pm (though we are changing providers as we think we can find a better deal). We also live in a ground floor flat.

I would say its a decent spot for transport links - Loughborough Junction (train) 5 minute walk, Brixton station (victoria line) 5 minute bus or 15-20min walk & Denmark Hill (overground) 10 minute walk.

We have a 24 hour corner shop and local cafe/pharmacy/ chip shop too and Morrisons is a 10 minute walk, just in Camberwell Green.

Any questions then please let me know. We can do viewings in the evenings from 7pm and would need to arrange on weekends.
