Have a spacious one bed flat to rent in Camberwell (need a tenant to move in by the end of the month). The flat is clean, spacious and secure.
The flat is in a great location (near Denmark Hill station and great bus links). I'm looking for someone who is honest and flexible.
Important things to note:
1. the flat is available for a short term let (min 3 month but up to maybe 5 or 6 months)
2. The flat is on the market so you MUST be open to allowing my estate agent to carry out viewings
3. The rent excludes council tax (£70) and gas for a cooker (roughly £5 a month) and electricity which is on a meter (average of around £7 a week) - heating and hot water is included (the flat is very warm!)
4. The flat is partially furnished so there is only a cooker, microwave and fridge
