Lovely double room in a beautiful 2 bed - Camden

Hi

I am renting the second double bedroom in a newly refurbished 2 bedroom maisonette in Camden:
- 10 minutes walk from Camden Town, or a shorter walk to the overground (taking you east or into the City).
- 15 minute hop by bus or taxi to Soho, Angel and Kings Cross.

At 85m2, the apartment is large and has a spacious living room, large screen TV, 6 seater dining table and a gas fire place. We have two toilets, a wet room and a utility room (washer, dryer etc). All in all, the place is pretty damn awesome.

I'm 25 and currently working as a lawyer at a bank. I'm a tidy and considerate guy(so I've been told!). I do a lot of sports (running and rugby), travel loads and relish a few cheeky pints or a good dinner out. I will, when forced, cook a mean Mexican meal.

I am looking for a housemate that is tidy, considerate and easy going. I enjoy going out as much as I do staying in with good company. I've lived with guys and girls but I'd prefer to live with a guy here, I'm afraid I'd rather not live with a couple.
