We're three second year UCL students looking for a friendly female student flatmate - at present there's two guys and one girl, studying a mixture of modern languages, medicine and philosophy. We are laid back, friendly and enjoy socialising. The house itself is in a fantastic location, a 10 minute walk to Camden Market and UCL, and not too far from Regent's Park. There's very good transport links both nationwide and internationally, the two nearest stations being Mornington Crescent, which is a stop away from Camden Town, and King's Cross St Pancras. It is also in walking distance to supermarkets, bars, cinemas, gyms, museums etc. The house itself is a comfortable and clean terraced house with spacious rooms. Another great aspect is the optional academic year-length contract, that allows the resident to pay the equivalent of £135pw in a 12 month contract for ten months (175pw for ten months is the same roughly as 135pw for 12).
