Double room in Camden town house

Hi Everyone,

We have a double room available from early October in Mornington Crescent / Camden. When it comes to Location, Location, Location this house is perfect! A stones throw (literally) from the Mornington Crescent northern line tube and on the doorstep to Camden high street with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Only 8 mins walk to Camden Tube & Market!

The house has five bedrooms in total, 2 toilets, 2 showers, washing machine and the separate kitchen with dishwasher etc. We also have a good sized lounge with sofas and dining table, great for catching up after a days work and the occasional dinner party. Outside the back is a shared garden perfect for the summer BBQs. There is street parking put you’ll need to pay extra for a council permit.

The existing housemates are all professionals (currently have a dentist, retail/translator, marketing and insurance worker) so are looking for another professional or postgrad student to come join the house. Everyone tends to have their own schedules but are friendly and enjoy the odd glass of wine, night out and catch up over food in the evenings.
Double is £730 pcm including bills/council tax.
Deposit is around £950 (we need to confirm but probably less).

Viewings will be on Thursday 18th September or Friday 19th September. If you can't do these days but are interested contact us anyway and we will try work something out.
