Room Available From the 25th in apartment in the Heart of Kentish Town.
Long term but flexible.

Location:
The House is ideally located on kentish town high road, right between Kentish town and Camden Town (northern line) You also have Kentish Town West (overground) right round the corner, all within 10min walk. There is plenty of busses that go everywhere from the main road. I often catch a bus to oxford circus which takes 20min!
Camden town is really close which has alot to offer, or even just a jog along the canal. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets close by. I have really never lived somewhere as convenient as this. Getting anywhere is a breeze.

The Room:
Medium sized room, with built in closset, and recently furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, full length mirror and a wardrobe. I have used a single bed so it is more spacious.
The room is set to go, you just have to make it your own.

The House:
I have the top 2 floors, (above a shop) 2 bedroom place on kentish town high road. Downstairs is a massive open plan living room and kitchen. Its kitted out with a decent TV, high-fi, sofa, sky, ps3. The kitchen is a great size, clean, modern and has pretty much everything you need, i love cooking. The kitchen opens out onto the rooftop at the back of the building with a bit of decking outside the door, and very large roof beyond that which is great for bbq's or just chilling out in the sun. The living room is very occasionally used as photo Studio with related things in the corner. 95% of the time though its all packed neatly away. Im sure you can see from the photos.
On the second floor is the 2 bedrooms Bathroom and small loft/boiler room for storage. My room at the front, the spare room at the back, and bathroom between the 2.
The Bathroom, has a walk in shower.

Me:
I am a 28year old guy, i have a calm relaxed and open minded personality, I'm really friendly and keen to help out. I am a busy freelance photographer who works sometimes from home but mostly in studios around london. I love music/ films and am always up for chilling out with a good album or film. Being a fashion/product photographer, i love cameras, images and being with creative people. I also love my cars, cycling and im learning japanese.

You:
Its a house share with just me, so its important to me that we get on well. Im preferably looking for someone around the same ages give or take a few years. Male or female, professional, relaxed respectful and tidy.

Cost and contract:
I rent the whole place myself so you will be subletting of me. The Rent is 750PM Including everything, bills, c. tax, high speed internet, sky etc.
I will Ask for 4 weeks deposit plus 1 month in advance rent. Its a rolling month contract, if for any reason you need to move out, just let me know at least month prior. Ideally though i don't want to be doing this again in 2 months time so would prefer someone quite stable.
