Spacious Double Bedroom @ Camden Town

==The room==
The room is huge. It is quite difficult to find a room of this size in London. The picture doesn't really capture it.
It comes with a bed, two wardrobes, a wall-mounted shelf, a mirror, a desk and tons of empty space.

==The house==
The house has three floors. The ground floor contains the shared kitchen and living room, a guest toilet, a balcony for sunny days and barbecues and access to a massive garden with two sheds. The Garden is shared with the basement flat.

The first floor has two rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of those rooms is the one I am advertising. In the second floor are two more rooms and another bathroom. This means you share the bathroom with only one other person!

The walls are thick and even if someone is listening to music or chatting away late at night, you won't be able to hear them.

==The location==
Google Maps says it's a 3 minute walk from Camden Town Station. About the same distance to Camden Road overground station. It's close to the big Sainsbury, and down the road is also M&S and Coop. Not to mention you got all of the Camden Nightlife just around the corner - no more cabs home needed. It's just far enough off the main area to be quiet even at Saturday nights.

==Housemates==
The three others are between 20-30, two girls and a guy. They all have their own lives, but are quite happy to share a meal or go out together. Very social place!

==Cost & Availability==
It's 650 for the room and about 100 for bills (obviously less now that we're heading for summer). Bills are evenly split between all housemates.

The room needs to be occupied by 1st of May, though it might be possible to offer it earlier around the 20th of April. Viewing start now, please contact to schedule.

Really sad to be moving out of this great place!
