Beautiful Double Room in Camden Town/Regents Park

We have a beautiful double bedroom to rent in a large four bedroom flat in Camden, opposite Regents Park. The bedroom has two balconies, floor to ceiling sash windows and a period fireplace. The room is unfurnished but we can provide a bed if you would like it.

The bathroom is modern and clean (with bath and power shower), and shared just two of the other tenants. The living is very large (again with two balconies) and warm and inviting.

You would be sharing with two girls and two boys, all British and 28-29 and working in various industries (from journalism, to digital design, to accountancy), who are interesting, friendly and have made a real home of the flat.

We enjoy cooking together (Oli used to be a chef), going out and staying in together, but we are all busy separately with friends and work, and so are not in the flat all the time - and rarely all at once.

The flat is in the heart of Camden (with amazing restaurants and bars on your doorstep) but just across the road from Regents Park and a very short walk to Primrose Hill.

We're keen to share with someone who is interesting, fun, but will respect the flat and everyone's work and schedules. Sadly, we can't let the room to a couple.

The room is officially available from 1st September, however we can be slightly flexible if someone did want to move in earlier.

We would require a deposit and the landlord requires a small fee (TBC) to change the tenant details.

Bills (including gas, electric, water, council tax and internet) are around £75 per month
