Hi there! I’m Dom and my room is up for let as I’m off to India on a secondment for 6 months (from 17th Nov 2014 – 18th May 2015) so am looking for someone to take my room for this duration. I live with my two best guy mates who are old school friends and have been living in London for 4 years. Aaron is a naval architect and Chris works in energy trading. Both are very tidy, fun and easy-going people and work 9 - 5ish. Both are really into music; Aaron plays the guitar and Chris is a DJ and they enjoy other activities such as sports, cooking and going out. We like relaxing in the lounge together after a day’s work and we welcome friends to come round too.

THE FLAT & YOUR ROOM:
2 mins walk to Camden Road over ground and 5mins to Camden Town tube (Northern Line) with LOTS of buses to Central. The flat is on 2nd floor above a pub and is well-proportioned with a great sized open kitchen & lounge and a shared bathroom. Your room comes furnished (double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table) with a big sash window so it’s really bright and airy. The flat has everything you need including washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, TV & music sound system. Bills included are (gas, water, electric, council tax). 1 months’ deposit required also.

THE AREA:
Very safe area. You’ll be on the door step of everything you’ll need – a big Sainsbury’s 3mins walk, right next to Regents Canal, 5mins to Camden Lock, short walk to Regent’s Park and you’ll be spoilt for choice for bars/ pubs/ eating places – location wise you really can’t ask for more!!

YOU:
We are looking for a girl (preferably) to provide balance into the flat. We are not judgemental or precious about where you are from, what you do or what you like to get up to. Our main priority is that you are a normal person who is fun, out-going, sociable, someone who can quickly settle into the group and likes to get involved. Our only requirement is that you are someone who looks after yourself and the house, and is not a social recluse! You must be a working professional (NO DSS) and you speak fluent English.
