Well-Priced Small Bedroom In Lovely Camden Flat

Adorable fully furnished small bedroom available in a lovely ground floor flat in cool camden. The room is quiet, at the back of the house, and has plenty of light that streams in from two large french doors- especially lovely in the morning. Let me say again that the room is quite small, but I never found that to be a problem considering the room's price for its amazing central location. The furniture inside fits perfectly: a small desk and chair, a set of shelves, and a bed. The flat is shared with two other girls- both courteous, respectful, and pleasant students at Kings.

The house is warm and inviting, with beautiful hardwood floors and a VERY large living room. Two more french doors lead out to a small garden, where the washing machine (no charge per load) is hidden. There is a comfortable sofa that flattens out to be used as a bed- perfect and easy for visiting friends. As I said, the room is small but the living room is huge! It is usually empty and I did much of my homework and hanging out in the living room. There is also a tumble dryer, a real treat in London apartments!

The bathroom is roomy, has a huge bath/shower, and is easy to clean.

The kitchen is compact and functional, with plenty of storage space.

There is a brick wall that surrounds the front yard of the house, and there is a patio-area with outdoor table and chairs. Very pleasant in summer.

Amazing central location: 7 minute walk from Camden a Station, 4 minute walk from Camden Road overground station, 15 minute tube ride from Tottenham Court Road station, 5 minutes from fun Camden market. There is a bus stop right outside the front door- VERY convenient for nightbus especially.

Price is 614. 25 per calendar month, utilities not included, but usually come out to about 30 extra per month. The move in date is flexible! The lease goes until the end of August 2015, with opportunity to extend it. PLEASE NOTE you must be comfortable paying 3 months up front so as to satisfy the conditions of the previous tenant's lease (who was from Canada). Please don't hesitate to ask how this works!
