Room in the trees, Canada Water £1175pm, July 12
Flatmate is moving out!
Come enjoy this beautiful glass box surrounded by trees with me?
Truuuuly beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath flat is right next to the Stave Hill Ecological Park, creating a wall of green around the flat.
Mostly posting this for sharing with the friends network easily but if you're seeing this and love hosting, staying up late and dancing, hit me up. Realistically only going to reply if you give me enough info to get a good read on you, sorrry!
Logistics*
In a rush so going to write more rather than less:
- Rent is £1175pm + bills + cleaner, I'm easy and it's *very* pretty but if it's a stretch, let's skip the unnecessary first date.
- Room is the second one. Bigger windows but I have the en-suite. In _theory_ I would swap, but there's a lot of stuff in there.
- balcony with hot tub
- 10 min walk along a cute wee canal to Canada Water tube, jubilee line is the fastest in London and the overground gets you to Shoreditch, Saladin etc directly.
- path directly from building into Stave Hill Ecological Park (a forest in central London!) From the hill (large mound) you can see all of London, it's my favourite bar in the city.
- Close to a few pubs on the river / around the old docks.. lakes? I think we call them lakes.
- Great water pressure. We know it makes the difference.
- Internet is reliable and fast
- Sound insulation is excellent to outside the flat. Which is the dream. God bless over-zealous fire regulations (and luck).
- Google the view from stave hill, it’s A*
You'l probably need to be on the contract.
Me
I work a lot and I play a lot... but I take it easy.
I'm terrible at waking up.
I'm excellent at not going to sleep.
I take life seriously, but also couldn't take it less seriously.
My friends are my joy. They'll be around a fair bit and they're a non-optional part of the package. Also, they are delightful!
I'm very social, but also often very.. not social.
I'm ADHD, if you can't tell.
Open minded, if you can.
Love making things, organising elaborate things, nerding out on things, soaking in hot water, I'm pretty sure I've solved red wine but am taking advice on my Negronis.
Love excellent film. Don't love the tv being on a lot / in the background.
Two air friers if that says anything. Passionate lazy cook.
Really into interiors, plants, lighting and improvement projects.
Would love to have someone in that will love this flat just as much as I do, that will enjoy it and respect it.
But also forgive me when I fail to? Maximum respect, care, and creation, but never perfection. That's the sweetest spot, no?
--> If you're interested, please send me a message with a quick description about yourself, your job etc and why we seem to make sense and we can set up a virtual call first or have you swing by. - sending love.
