The spacious double room is on the upper level of the house next to another bedroom and a shared bathroom. It comes with one double bed, one chest of drawers, a table, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area; and a good-sized living room with a nice garden (good for BBQ).

Bills all inclusive: council tax, utilities, internet.

The house is located in between the Jubilee and East London tube lines, Canada Water station and Rotherhithe station. There is a 24-hour bus stop with just a 30-seconds walk away, including buses No. 381, C10 which takes you to either ways into zone 1 or zone 2. The N381 takes you to Waterloo, Victoria, London Bridge or to the local station of Canada Water if you'd prefer not to walk.
