We are 3 very friendly people in the house, waiting for 2 easygoing person2 to join us. We are working in hospital, and Accounting firm, clean, sociable, would like to share with each others.

It is a three-floor house, with a swan lake in front, such a peaceful wonderful area, with free car parking. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with showers), a living room, a kitchen and a beautiful garden.

Please note: Water bill, Electricity and Broadband all included! Only gas are shared, down to £10-20/pcm per person. All included will be £650 for smaller double room and £750 for the bigger one.

Our house is very near to tube station, 2 min walk to Surrey Quays station, 5 min walk to Canada Water, jubilee line. It only takes 10 min to Waterloo/South bank/London Bridge, 15 min from home to Bond street/Oxford circus, 25 min to Knightsbridge, Liverpool Street/Bank. The transportation is very convenient.

There is a huge 24hr Tesco Extra, just next to the house. No worries at all about shopping food late after work or any holiday shoppings.

In terms of entertainment, there is a sports centre/water sports center next to the house, 1 min walk. ODEON cinema opposite the lake, 3 min walk, and bowling games as well. A shopping center with Tesco together, with O2, EE, Starbucks, Burger King, Boots, Bodyshop, Currys Digital, Holland & Barrett, River Island, New Look, JD Sports, WHSmiths, Santander bank, ext.
