There are three bedrooms in this duplex flat. Two rooms and one shared bathroom upstairs.
Another room (already occupied) and a second toilet downstairs.

There is no living room.

There are plenty of storage, including a storage cupboard next to your room, stair-side storage and a utility cupboard.

The flat is located in a quiet, safe and private residential area. River side is just 1min away. There is a local pub which offers nice food and drink and a gym is a short walk away. A large ecology park for walk / jog.

3min walk to bus stops for buses to:
Rotherhithe station (5min)
canada water station (7min)
london bridge station (15min)

5min walk to Hilton Pier where you can take the 5min ferry ride to Canary Wharf.

20min walk to Canada Water Station (tube, bus, overground) and Rotherhithe Station (overground)

In Canada water you will have access to all the local amenities, including Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's, Gym with Swimming pool, Shopping Centre, Cinema, Restaurants, Library, Bowling etc.
