Room in social flat close to Canary Wharf

How the room is currently

Hey!!
A bit about the flat:
We have a double room for £725 without bills (which are always less than £100 even in winter) available from the 3rd June.
It's a 4bed flat with 1 bathroom located in Westferry we have a combined kitchen/living room and a small balcony.
The location is ideal if you work in the city as it takes less 20 min to get to bank. The closest tube is Westferry which is less than a 5 min walk and Canary Wharf is a 10min walk.
There's a Lidl and a Tesco within a ten minute walk also and lots of bars/coffee shops.
A bit about us:
There's three continuing the tenancy Sam, Karol & myself (Jess), we met through SpareRoom last year and have become really close friends.
Sam is 25, Welsh and works in banking Karol is 25, Colombian and is an interior designer and Jess is English/Irish but was born and raised in Spain, 21 and works in insurance.
We all enjoy going out after work or at the weekend but also enjoy a quiet night in.
We're looking for someone sociable, clean and tidy. We see the flat as a home and not just a flat-share. Let us know if you are interested!
