This 3 bedroom apartment is in great condition. With a gorgeous kitchen and 2 refurnished bathrooms you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful flat in this price range. It is a must-see.

In addition to 2 bathrooms & a large kitchen, it has a beautiful view of Canary Wharf and a huge balcony leading from the lounge. It also has wooden flooring throughout the communal areas.

This is a large double room with a double bed, 2x wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

The main bathroom is absolutely amazing. It is very spacious and includes a huge luxury sunken bath. The room itself is split into 2 areas; the first has an enormous waist high to ceiling mirror, basin and WC, the second has the impressive 6' circular sunken bath in the centre with an 18" shower head above. The whole bathroom has just been sympathetically re-tiled.

The large kitchen/diner has great views over one of the local marinas and over the Canary Wharf skyline. All the units are new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation space. It also has an adjacent dining area with a circular glass table & 4 chairs. It's strikingly decorated and an original canvas by a local artist graces the wall.

The lounge has 2x 3-seater sofas, a TV and makes a great snug. Leading from it is a large sun terrace with similar views over the marina & the Wharf.

The area is right on the doorstep of The Wharf. It is 2 mins from Blackwall station (Zone 2) & Canary Wharf station is a 7 min walk away. For trains, tube and buses you are spoilt for choice and you can be either in the City, West End or Stratford all in about 20 minutes.

There are plenty of local bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep and of course the benefit of everything Canary Wharf has to offer a few minutes walk away.

The rent includes all bills and a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone/broadband and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.
