Hi everyone!

We have a double room to rent with own bathroom in a flat that is a short walk (5-10min) to Canary Wharf / jubilee line and DLR for links across London.

It has river views from the shared lounge / kitchen and is in a quiet, safe and really well connected part of the city. The development has gated entry, 24h concierge (for package and amazon deliveries etc), a residents only gym, sauna and spa which are all included in the rent.

The room itself is well sized, with a double bed, wardrobe and other storage features. You would also have your own bathroom as the flat has two bathrooms. The flat comes fully furnished with all kitchen/ lounge items, bedroom and furnishings in place. Broadband internet is set up, and a professional cleaner comes every two weeks.

We are an English / Finnish couple living here (aged 24/25) and both currently working in the city, and so work quite long hours in the week. We usually are around more at weekends and would love to get to know any future flatmate. We enjoy cooking, exercise, spas, drinking, Netflix and making the most of London. We should also mention we’re both occasional naturists, but can keep this under wraps if needed / for the right flatmate!
