My flatmate is moving and a room with separate bath is available June onwards. There is flexibility to move in June/July. The contract for this flat is for 18 months, however there is flexibility for a break after 12 months with a minimum notice period of 2 months.

The flat is at 12 Rathbone market, in Canning Town’s high street with loads of groceries stores and fast food outlets along the street.
It is 5 min walking distance from Canning Town station where Jubilee and DLR links are available.
If you prefer traveling by bus, there are several bustops between 1-5 min walk depending on where you are commuting.

The flat is equipped with amenities such as microwave, washer/dryer, oven, wifi. The room is spacious and you can fit your furnitures if you want as the desk, chair, hanger furniture and mirror will be moved out.
I have a TV in the living room and more than happy to share it with you.

Bills are approximately £110 per person per month (council tax, water and wifi) and energy bills come every 3 months approximate £130-£140 per person for the 3 months.

I am friendly and open to chill over a movie and drinks and some homemade food on weekends.
