Room + lounge in flat in Canonbury. Mon to Fri

The maisonette was rennovated to a good standard 3 years ago. There are two full bathrooms so the lodger can have almost exclusive use of the downstairs bedroom.
You can have exclusive access to the large lounge with 65 inch TV and music system during the week because I can use my study as a lounge.
I am open to discuss the option of you using the lounge as bedroom instead.
It is on the New River Walk so it is a lovely setting with lots of green visibility.
Handy for Upper St and Essex Road.
Many travel options cycle, buses, Essex Road Station, Canonbury Station, and Highbury and Islington.
Cleaner does full house every other week.
I put vegetarian preferred but I am not that strict and will get a larger fridge freezer with the rent.
I am a university researcher.
I am learning Spanish.
