I am looking for clean responsible person to rent one of the bedrooms in a house of 3 males who are currently staying in the premises One English gentleman and two Kenyan s who are students man and work during the weekends.
Looking for male or female who are tidy and mindful of cleanliness for the sake of other tenants.

The house has a garden which is a place where one can smoke smoking in the house is prohibited . Only outside the house is where smoking is allowed.
The rent is inclusive of some bills which will depend on the usage of utility consumption..
Rent will be paid monthly through direct debit to my bank account..
To view the property only at weekends or after 17.00 hours Mondays and Fridays .
