There is a small BBQ that comes with the garden - which is ready to use should there be a few more warm weekends.

The flat is walking distance from 3 train stations; Catford, Catford Bridge and Hither Green. Travel into London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charring Cross, Farringdon, Kings Cross, Blackfriars, Elephant and Castle and Denmark Hill can be achieved in under an hour.

Lewisham station is a short bus ride away - and with very frequent trains it is often easier to travel back from Central London via Lewisham.

On one end of the street is a park and on the other is a lively high street with Argos, Tesco and Peacocks as well as gyms, hairdressers, restaurants and pubs. There are several buses on the high street, many of them going to Lewisham station.
