the room is the penthouse suite as its in the loft. You will have your own shower and toilet on suite. This is a family home and I live here with my daughter and dog. this is a quiet street and family neighbourhood and a great place to chill out after a hard day's work.

we're home most evenings making cooked meals and hanging out together. the house is spacious and has high ceilings and there's lots of light in the loft room which overlooks all the gardens out the back. we have a garden and there are no meters on the street so parking is free. we don't drive so you can use our space, if you want!

we are looking for a non-smoker, someone who is clean, tidy and not too noisy. you can have friends over for a meal or to meet you before going out but not to stay over.

There is a bus at the end of the road that will take you to Catford Stations. There are supermarkets and the Co-op at the other end of the road. there are 2 parks within easy walking distance. there is a washing machine and dryer for your use as well as virgin Broadband. This would suit a busy professional or mature student.,
