Beautiful Greenwich double room 30 secs to station

This is a double room (12ft x 12ft). Victorian house with original features. The house is lovely and finished to a really high standard.

We are three super friendly professionals. We get on really well but live our own lives. Very happy to sit and chat and drink a glass of wine sometimes, or to just head off to our room to be quiet. There's no pressure, anything goes really :) We're accepting of whatever works best for you. We are all really clean and considerate, and look after the house nicely.

The room is on the back of the house which is extremely quiet as it overlooks some woodland. From the window you can also look out over the lovely garden.

Sharing a bathroom with two others. Power shower and really warm radiator in the bathroom.

15 second walk to Charlton station, and trains run to London Bridge (15 minutes), Cannon Street (17 minutes) and Charing Cross (20 minutes) approximately every 7 minutes. Close to North Greenwich Station.

The room costs £600 per month which is inclusive of all bills - water, electricity and gas. The only thing not included is the cleaner at £35 per month. There is also a £600 deposit required.

It is available from mid-March. Can do viewings any time.
