Tenancy Takeover
Hi All!
My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm on the hunt for a new flatmate to take over the lease (ending August/September). The room will be available starting June 1st, and I'm open to any arrangement - short term, long term, or even renewing at the end of this current lease!
A little about the flat:
-Lovely 2-bed flat in Chelsea
-Right on the river
-Fully furnished with a all kitchen appliances (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.)
-Small patio to enjoy the beautiful summer weather
-TV (with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.)
-The loveliest and most responsive landlady I've ever had
-Awesome neighbors
-Amazing neighborhood (right next door to the Chelsea Physic Garden and across the river from Battersea Park)
-£285/wk + utilities (water, gas, wifi)
-Flexible deposit!
About me:
I'm 25 (male) and a full-time grad student at the Royal College of Art, so I'm usually at uni during the day. I'm very clean and organised as I'm used to living with people/flatmates. I'm very respectful of personal space but would also love to make a new friend at home. Always down to chat, grab a drink, go for a walk, or watch that week's F1 race but also appreciate that sometimes we need some down/alone time.
About you:
Looking for a clean, friendly, communicative, and LGBT friendly flatmate.
Drop me a message if you're interested and we'll schedule a viewing and let's see if we're a match!
