816(wifi incl.) Hampstead Flat

Hello! We are looking for a long-term flatmate, ideally one year, minimum 6 months (from the 28th of April)

We are two postgrad graduates working in the arts. The flat is small and cozy so we really stress wanting a responsible, considerate flatmate that respect other ppl's space and comfort as much as they do to their own.

The flat is big enough for 3 but is on the small side, so we would want to live with people we can get along with, would like it to be a nice home-y space after all.

We like films, shows, gigs and just chilling most of the time, pretty chill as long as everyone has a good home/work balance. also the house comes with a cat- Lila! (So no more pets allowed)

rent is 816 pcm, 5G wifi included. House has been painted and renovated right before moving in, so is in really good shape, everything in the flat is new, including the kitchen and bathroom.

Hampstead heath is a 25 min walk from the flat. Really good transport all around as we live in between Hampstead and Cricklewood; basically the overground (Finchley and Frognal) is 15 mins away walking and the jubilee/central line is 14 mins away walking. We also have a bus stop two minutes away from the house so the place is well connected. Central (Baker street) is 15 mins away via train (not tube) otherwise it takes 30 mins to get to Kings Cross or Euston from Golder's Green station. I would say to live here, you need to be okay with walking to and from the station, it's well connected but isolated as well. Very safe neighbourhood, possibly one of the safest / calmest experiences I have had living in London….
