Brand new luxury rooms for let

Hello all,

I have got a few rooms in this brand new apartment. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. All bills and Internet included(pending connection as it is a new property) the only additional fee to pay is the weekly cleaning cost which should not be more than £10 a week.

As long as you are clean, not noisy and happy to share with 2 other individuals you can apply :-) I won't be living in the property.

No pet, no smoking. Whoever comes 1st can select the better room. One room is slightly larger, one is slightly smaller. I have not bought the furniture yet but it will be furnished. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A bed and a side table or if something else is needed will be provided. Thank you! Ovace
