There is also an additional toilet and laundry room with two washing machines on the ground floor. The rest of the rooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor.

We also have garden and a driveway with two parking spaces in front of the house. The property is close to bus station, less than 5 min walk, a short bus journey to Walthamstow and Chingford Station. Local amenities shops, restaurants, post office, GP, parks, within 5-10 min walk.

About me: I’m 31 year old female, easy-going, I don’t smoke, and I would like to live with likeminded people. I’m on good terms with the neighbours and I wish to keep it that way, so no partying at home:)
