***MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY*** A lovely double bedroom in a tidy period house in Chingford/Walthamstow, close to tube and trains to The City. Available from Monday to Friday (for up to four nights). Open to other arrangements/costs for someone simply looking for a part-time place to sleep - just ask! However no weekends.

THE ROOM
A comfortable sunny room which comes fully furnished with a double bed, large freestanding mirror, wardrobe, drawers, rug, central heating and a double-glazed window overlooking a beautiful garden.

Gas, electricity, water, TV licence, wireless internet and a fortnightly cleaner (communal areas) are all included.

THE HOUSE
You will have access to a kitchen, wifi internet, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and first floor bathroom, with shower. Wooden floors throughout.

All shared with just one other person.

THE LOCATION
The house is on a quiet road in Chingford, right on the border with Walthamstow, and has excellent access to transport links.

It's just a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line Tube and London Overground, Zone 3) and a 19 minute walk to Highams Park (London Overground, Zone 4).

London Liverpool Street is only 17-23 minutes from both stations, and King's Cross St Pancras and Oxford Circus are also 17-22 minutes from Walthamstow Central.

Nearby buses include the 34, 97, 158, 215, 357 (20 mins to Whipps Cross Hospital), N26 (to Trafalgar Square), N73 (to Victoria) and W11.

For drivers, the A406/north circular road is seconds away, the M11 just five minutes away and the street parking is free from 6.30-8pm but otherwise there's a CPZ at an additional cost.

There's a large Sainsbury's across the road (open 7am - 11pm) and nearby is Lloyds Park, a Bannatyne's gym and several parks/recreational grounds, including Highams Park and Epping Forest.

Double occupancy, pets, children, DSS, and smokers and weekend lodgers are unfortunately not welcome. And no space for bike storage. Sorry!
