Lovely room in beautiful home - quiet area

We are looking for a single person to rent the lovely, double room in our home (this room is to the back of the house with a lovely view of the large garden.)

Room is furnished with glass door closet and drawers.

House has:
• 3 bedrooms.
• Lovely cozy TV room and separate dining room.
• TV room with 50” flat screen TV.
• Full HD Sky package
• PS3 for watching DVD’s
• Fibre option wireless internet
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washer/dryer/Dishwasher
• ALL mod cons.
• House is situated in a quiet, residential street which borders on Epping Forest

Location:
• Chingford Station is about 10 minutes walk down the road. This is a direct link into Liverpool Street. This train also stops over @ Walthamstow Central which links with the Victoria Underground Line.
• We are only a quick walk from Chingford Station Road filled with lots of lovely little specialised shops and some fantastic restaurants.

This is not a house share. If you are looking for a home, then this is what we have.

What we are looking for in a housemate:
• We are looking for a single girl/guy.
• Non-smoker
• Dog lover.
• Someone who is VERY CLEAN & TIDY. This is very important.
• Someone who respects our home the way we do & would treat it as their own.
• Someone who helps out in the house.
• Someone who is looking for a peaceful home to chill & relax in.
• Sorry for the list, but we have had a recent, very bad experience with a new girl. We will want to meet any new, propective housemates from now on.

We are a couple that LOVES socialising & has friends over quite a bit, but also loves chilling with a DVD / in the garden. We are all 30 somethings. We also have a 2 year old labrador (she is very well house trained and will not impose on anyone & will most definately put a smile on your face everyday).

Rent: £520 per month PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

We would prefer to be paid rent monthly.

Deposit: £200
This included ALL bills EXCEPT our cleaner that comes once a fortnight. Her charge is usually about £10 per person.
