A friendly older person with Parkinsons is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would value the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight and appreciate some practical help around their home including picking up shopping, cooking a few meals/preparing a snack, light cleaning/tidying, accompanying on a few short walks, and other practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a spacious double bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The bathroom, sitting room and kitchen are shared. It is a very clean and tidy home.

The property is in an excellent location just 8 minutes’ walk from Chiswick Park Underground (District Line), 10 minutes’ walk from Gunnersbury Station (Overground and Underground) and a short walk to Chiswick High Road.

The person enjoys watching TV – soaps, news, Christian programmes – and cooking. They used to enjoy growing flowers and herbs on their balcony.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will mature be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
