Double Ensuite Room close to Turnham Green Tube

Looking for a housemate to fill a soon-to-be spare room in a flat just off Devonshire Road in Chiswick. My current housemate is heading back to the US, so we're looking for somebody to take over her contract until 15 January next year, after which the contract could be renewed for another year.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, with the possibility of the current housemate leaving a chest of drawers or some other items if you'd like. The room has a small ensuite with a shower, sink, & toilet.

There is an open floor plan with lounge containing a sofa (not pictured) which pulls out into a bed in case you should have guests, a couple of armchairs, & TV (Sky Variety). There is another area with a dining table just off the kitchen.

The kitchen is modern & clean, with a gas stove, oven, & large fridge. There's also dish washer & washing machine in there. It's stocked with plates, knives, and general kitchen stuff...I love kitchenware & have plenty of it! There's also a nice espresso machine, and a fancy rice cooker which I'd love to learn how to use (It's all in Korean and haven't taken the time to figure it out by myself so far, but it's very entertaining to turn on & hear it speak to you in Korean :D).

Bills come out to about to an additional 130/m. There may also be a one-off referencing fee of £75; still need to double check with the agency on if they'll require that.

I'm a 30 year old female web developer from Miami, but have been here in London about 2.5 years & don't plan on leaving any time soon. Ideally it'd be great to have somebody who would enjoy having dinner together sometimes or have a glass of wine together, & who's looking for a place that is low drama & feels like home.
