Large Double Bedroom in a Sociable Clapham House

We're looking for a new housemate!

If you’re a sociable soul who isn’t against hanging our with their housemates, spending the odd evening binging a tv series, and is just generally a good laugh, then we’re looking for you.

THE HOUSEMATES:

4 young professionals (late 20s/early 30s). We all originally moved in via Spare Room but now we’re all good friends. Our current housemate Alex is sadly moving out to move in with his girlfriend so we're looking for a guy or girl.

Paige - Project manager and the newbie of the house!
Paul – FX trader and token northerner who enjoys the occasional drink or 3
Olly – Media guru who dabbles on the guitar from time to time
Delphine – Works in event management

THE ROOMS:

Room: 726 per month + Bills (move in 17th May)

The room has previously had a desk in, so suitable for a WFH set up.

THE BILLS:

£165 per month. Include council tax, wifi, weekly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
