I am a live-in landlord and I am looking for a flatmate. I would be living in the flat and although it’s my home, I would want someone to come in and also be able to call it their home to. The flat is modern, light and the area is incredibly quiet. It is a two bed with a shared bathroom (shower) and my office space. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and I have a small garden. The flat comes with all the main essentials - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/ freezer etc.

Your bedroom would a double bed with storage in the bed, a wardrobe and a desk for working if you do work from home.

I like to keep a clean flat and the ideal housemate would be respectful of the space, also keeping it clean and welcoming. I am a 28 year old professional who enjoys having people around for dinners, concerts, theatre, exhibitions, going to the gym, going on nights out - pretty standard stuff!

The flat is less than a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common station and is a 20 minute walk from Clapham junction station. It’s a couple of minutes walk from Sainsbury’s and Tescos.
