Hi there!

I’m looking for a new (preferably male) housemate to take a double room in a two-bed flatshare just off Clapham high street.

The room itself is a large, spacious, sun and street facing double. The room comes unfurnished so you would need to bring some things with you (sorry!)

The flat is really lovely and homely, bright, a good size living room, a kitchen complete with lots of storage space and a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath. We even have a small balcony with a bbq which is great in the summertime. The flat is fitted with most of the essentials you need (TV/microwave/kettle/toaster/washing machine)

Location wise it’s pretty much perfect. A quick walk to Clapham Common tube, Clapham north tube, Clapham overground and Wandsworth road overground, as well as many buses around. Based close to the high street, you can find anything you could want within walking distance.

Room is £1200 PCM exclusive of bills, which will be calculated monthly. To give you an idea, it's currently around (per person)

**Full disclosure that you would also be paying slightly more rent than I, due to it being the bigger room.

I’m looking for someone social but independent who has their own life but is happy watching a film or hanging out together every now and again. Ideally you would also either work from the office or have a hybrid approach.

About me: I'm a 31 year old, Aussie Gal who works in brand and design and tend to work from both home and the office. I'm very clean, non smoker and I'm looking for someone likeminded to share the flat with me. I'm big on travelling and love walking. I'm looking for a somewhat social flat and I would like whoever to move in to feel comfortable having friends over and for me to have people over from time to time.

We are anticipating a move in date 31st of May. We deal directly with the letting agency and reference checks will need to be completed before acceptance.

Any questions please let me know! Ideally I would start the reference checks with the landlord toward the end of the month, so am keen to start the interview process ASAP.
