The room is a large double with space for a desk and plenty of storage. It is being vacated from April 1st until October and we need someone to fill it on a fixed-term basis.

It is a ground floor and basement flat with 4 large double rooms, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen.

There are two separate toilets, a bath and a wet room shower.

The flat is very large and comfortably accommodates four housemates. We also have a cat called Nugget.

The housemates are three male professionals aged 26-31, who watch and play sports, enjoy watching Netflix etc, and have a few pints at the weekend. Very easygoing, happy to socialise but also respect each other's privacy.
