- Living with two friends, 25 & 26 year old guys who are working professionals. They’re sociable, into sport, chilling, food, the odd pub visit.

LOCATION
The flat is in a great location. 7 mins walk away from Clapham South and the Northern Line. There is a bus stop around a 2 mins away that goes both South to Tooting and North. Trouville Road is adjacent to Abbeville Road. So only 2 mins walk there’s a lovely little high street with a great pub, restaurants, greengrocers, butchers, shops etc!

Clapham High Street and Clapham Old Town are both around a 15 min walk away with more to offer!

BEDROOM
The bedroom is on the small-ish side, but is perfect and comes with a double bed, bedside table and big double cupboard with drawers. Lots of natural light in too.

The other bedrooms have desks in, so in case you work from home, the desk in the living room is for the tenant in this room and has loads of nice natural light and looks out onto the street.

HOUSE
It’s a nice spacious house, LOADS of storage space. 2 fridges and 2 freezers in the kitchen. A new hob and oven. We have a dining table that seats 6 in case you ever want to have some friends round for dinner.

The living room has a big TV, fireplace, 3 sofas and we have an Xbox to watch live TV/Netflix/Amazon on.

We also have a lovely little garden with a BBQ that will be useful for the coming summer months!

BILLS
We're in council tax band E. Bills aren't included but broadband, gas, electric, water typically comes to around £40 a month.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
Matt (25) and Greg (26) are both good friends from school. They are working professionals who typically go in the office 2/3 times a week.

They’re sociable and friendly. Enjoy sport, food, chilling and the occasional night out. I’m starting a new career so unfortunately will be moving out but they’re great guys. They’d be happy to live with someone who wants to spend time with them, or it’s also fine if they want to have their social life apart.
