Spacious double bed in a friendly 4-bed house a stone-throw away from Clapham Common.

The room

The room is a very big and bright double bed with plenty of storage. It has space for a desk and has plenty of daylight. It is located in the first floor of the house and next to the bathroom.

The house

The house is a massive terraced townhouse in the heart of Clapham.

It has a huge lounge comprising of sitting area and opposite a dining area.

The kitchen is very big and spacious, with all utilities (dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, fridge & freezer and another extra freezer).

The house has 3 bathrooms (2 with showers) and one toilet by the kitchen for guests.

The garden is very spacious and even has 2 barbecue’s and plenty of chairs.

The house has plenty of storage space including a basement for extra storage.

The flatmates

We are Penelope (26), Ricardo (25) and Daniel (24) and we are three friends currently living together in South West London, looking for someone to add to the bunch!

A bit about us…

- Ricardo: Ricardo is Spanish/Russian and has lived around the world before moving to the UK to study 8 years ago. He now works in data engineering consulting, so is a bit of a nerd. He loves being outdoors, playing tennis, surfing, basketball, bouldering, plays music (loves jamming if you're up for it!) and is very sociable, always up for a drink or a night in playing games.

- Penelope: Penelope works in biomedical research and doing a part-time masters. She has been in London for 3 years, and previously studied in Bristol with Ricardo. She is originally from Spain but born in Venezuela. She likes hanging our with friends, food and is always for for a game night or film at home.

- Daniel: Dani is half Spanish and half British but born and raised in the Canary Islands, Spain. He moved to the UK to study and has now lived in the UK for 7 years, now works as a Brand Consultant at Amazon. He loves being active whether it is playing tennis, going to the gym, exploring nature and travelling at every chance. Dani likes going out for drinks with friends, meeting new people but is also happy with a chilled night in cooking (He is an ex paella chef!!!).

The area

It is very conveniently placed 5 mins away from Clapham South tube station with the Northern line which greatly connects to the City and central London. It is also close to the massive Tesco Superstore by Clapham south station. It is literately a stone-throw away from Clapham Common, its tennis and basketball courts and all of the cute coffee shops and restaurants. It is only 10 mins away from the Clapham high street and the bars and clubs.

IMPORTANT - What we are looking for

We are not only looking for a lodger to occupy a room. We are looking for someone that is looking to socialise and hang out with us and that also wants to make this place their home. We like making some dinners together, chilling watching Netflix or going out with our friends. We are a very respectful and quiet in the house, although we like inviting our friends or partner over from time to time. Needless to say, we are also looking for someone that is clean and respectful and (preferably) that is not fully working from home.
