Bright, Spacious Room In Clapham Common

Looking for a nice flatmates to create a home together in Clapham. The rooms are available from 8 April. If you'd like to know more or come for a viewing, drop me a message including something about yourself such as age and occupation. Please specify which room you are interested in.

YOUR ROOM
The room is spacious and bright with lots of storage space and double floor-to-ceiling windows. It is set up into separate sleeping, dining/working, and lounge spaces but you're welcome to move the furniture around.

All furniture is brand new and includes: a king-size bed with cupboards underneath, 3-door wardrobe with mirrors, 3-seater sofa that can be opened into a bed, work desk/dining table with 2 dining chairs.

The windows are double glazed and offer wide views as far as Vauxhall.

OUR FLAT
It's a 3-person flat on the 4th floor (there is a lift). You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person (my room has an en-suite). The kitchen is shared between the three of us.

The bathroom has a toilet and bathtub with shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and large freezer, oven, microwave, toaster. The washing machine with dryer is also in the kitchen. In a few weeks, the kitchen will have a bar and 3 stools so we can eat in the kitchen.

THE BUILDING
It is six floors, we are on the fourth floor. There is a lift and stairs from the entrance hall.

WELL CONNECTED
Northern Line -> 8-minute walk to Clapham Common / 12-minute walk to Clapham North (both zone 2)

Victoria Line -> 20-minute walk to Brixton underground

London Overground --> 13-minute walk to Clapham High Street railway (both zone 2)

SWR /Thameslink --> 12-minute bus ride to Clapham Junction

Buses 35, 37, 137, 417, 690, N137 (night bus) are right around the corner, giving access to Clapham Junction, Battersea, Chelsea, Brixton, Peckham, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch.

AT YOUR DOORSTEP

It's 5-min walk away to the biggest Sainsburys I've ever seen, and less than 10 mins to Lidl, Boots, Argos and Tesco Superstore.
