Double Room Near Clapham and Battersea

Looking for a somebody to replace me in my flat in between Clapham, Stockwell, and Battersea. The flat is shared with 2 other guys between 26-28 years old. Both are very friendly and tidy, and are up for a chat or drink but also have their own work and social lives.

The room is furnished with drawers, wardrobe, bed, bedside table, and mirrors. The flat has 1 bathrooms and a shared living room, and kitchen with a washing machine. There is a maintenance team available whenever there’s an issue, all bills are paid with the rent, rent comes to 815 plus bills are 115 so total paid every month is 930.

It’s a 15 minute walk from Clapham North
20 minutes from Clapham Common
15 minutes from Stockwell Tube
20 minutes from Battersea power station
10 minutes from Nine Elms Tube

There’s also a pure gym and Tesco a few minutes walk away which is great, and Larkhall park is just across the road.

If you want to move out at any time, all you have to do is find a replacement for the room and the contracts can be signed over very quickly, so it’s a great place to stay without needing a long term commitment. The current contract is until August 31st and can renew if you want to.

The move in date for here is ASAP, so want to get it rented and contracts signed over as soon as possible, I’ll be moving out 1st April so closest to that is ideal.
