Spacious En-Suite Double Bedroom In Clapham

Well this is awkward... we're sat in the living room trying to write a bio as a three.

We're looking for a housemate to replace our mildly annoying but tolerable friend Reece (in the profile pic) who is moving further out of London. It's a tragedy for Reece, but a dream come true for you.

You have the opportunity to live with myself (Ryan), Josh (he's Irish...) and Callaghan (half French…). It's a lovely and spacious double bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom. There's some space on the landing to store things such as suitcases and a few boxes if needed.

As playful as we are, we sadly have to start adulting and talking about... bills. So upfront, the deposit is £1204 (it's a lot, I know), but think of it as a small down payment to unlock the best two years of your life. Bills (heating, broadband, electricity, water) typically come to £60-£70 a month and council tax is about £55 a month. We love supporting those bin men seen as they come to dispose of our trash daily, making it easy to deal with Callaghan should he ever annoy you.

We're looking for someone who is fun, likes a drink and the odd night out, is clean and tidy (but it's fine cause according to most ads everyone on here is just that) and just generally isn't weird. If that sounds like you, shoot your shot, we'll treat it like a date and go for a cheeky pub drink. There's a pub right next to the house so you can view it drunk and make an impulsive yes decision if we like you.
