Large double room in Clapham Old Town

The current household consists of Josh, Nick and Alex who are all working professionals. They’re all into fitness training and sports. During the week we barely see each other due to work and training but on the weekends we’ll regularly watch sports/tv together.

About the house, it’s a 3-tiered 4 bed with a large kitchen, living room & 3 bathrooms. The tenant will have access to 2 of the bathrooms and these are only shared with 2 other housemates. The room itself is the biggest in the house and comes with all furniture apart from the desk which I may sell to the new tenant.

The house is located right next to a Virgin Active in the heart of Clapham Old Town and is less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station so it’s ideal if you work in the city.

The house is looking for a social lad, mid to late 20s/ early 30s who’s into fitness and has his own friendship group outside of the house.

Bills come to approx £160 which includes a cleaner every 2 weeks.
