Hi! I’m moving out of my Flat in the Middle of May to move to a different part of London for my job.

I live with two friends, Michael and Jamie who are best mates from work. We are the upper maisonette of a gorgeous flat just past Clapham Old town.

The room is spacious, and comes with a bed, massive wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The flat is 3 minutes away from the nearest bus stops, with Clapham Common and Nine Elms tube station both a 15 minute walk away.

Rent is £900 a month not including bills, which usually come to around £100-150 (higher in winter).

The boys will be moving out in July, as they are both moving back home, so this would be ideal of anyone to continue the tenancy and looking to move in with mates who maybe have leases ending at different end dates. Or if you just like meeting new people and fancy a change!
