Double room in beautiful house in clapham

This house share is more a home than most. After 2 years I’m moving back to Ireland and my lovely housemates need an amazing replacement. All professionals with their own lives, friends and interests. We seek a woman who is tidy, friendly and social. While we don’t socialise in each other’s pockets, we do have bbqs and Sunday roasts so would like someone who wants a friendly home environment.

The room is a ground floor double (queen bed w drawers built in for storage). It comes with a bedside locker, wardrobe and large chest of drawers with room for a desk if you work from home. The spare room (yes we have one for house guests) also has a desk so it can be used to Wfh on some days and still be a guest room when needed! You will have full use of the downstairs bathroom with bath and shower.

The house has a separate living room and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a loo (W/shower) upstairs and a second bathroom on the ground floor with a full bath. There is a conservatory too which we use to store bikes and workout equipment and a separate freezer for all that batch cooking! The garden is gorgeous and well kept. Needs some pot plants!

Bills are £196.75 and include wifi, energy, weekly cleaner and house essentials (loo roll, washing detergent etc) House is fully HMO.
