Our flatmate is moving in with her partner so we are looking for someone to take over her contract.

Double room fully furnished with chest of draws, in built wardrobe.

The house has a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. We also have a little roof terrace that we like to sunbathe on our loungers during summer.

The house is close to all the bars and restaurants of Clapham and Battersea but on a lovely quiet residential street.

We are ideally looking for someone who only wfh one day a week if required.

We also are looking for someone who is fun and sociable. We like to do things as a house like going to the local pub and out for walks or an evening in relaxing watching Netflix.
